The captain of the ship or agent acting on his behalf shall notify to the waste collector "Pomorski servis d.o.o." about waste or waste water earmarked for delivery. Waste notification form ARRIVAL - notification should only be made by vessels other than recreational craft and small fishing vessels should be filled-out and sent by the electronic mail or by fax:

	at least 24 hrs. in advance of the vessel’s entry to the port
	at the latest at the time of departure from the previous port, if the voyage time is less than 24 hours.

The information which a ship is required to notify to the waste collector "Pomorski servis d.o.o." as follows:

the types and quantities of waste which the ship intends to deliver;
